Geothermal Aquaculture fish farm on 1/2 acre River Front property

1/2 acre of river front property in the mountains of Northern New Mexico. Working fish farm, with 3 bedroom house attached to a 1600 square foot Geothermal green house, with 10,000 gallons of tanks inside, with another 30ft X 40ft building with another 6000 gallon tank.

I am selling my 1600 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room home, that is attached to my working Tilapia and Catfish farm, where I grow fish for live sale to long time established commercial customers in Albuquerque New Mexico.

I (this farm) have been licensed by New Mexico Game and Fish department, to sell Tilapia Nilotica since April of 2000. I have recently been granted a "Class A Lake Permit" that allows me to grow and sell Catfish as well as the Tilapia. There are 2 Geothermal wells on the property, where I pull 128 degree water out of the ground and use it in a heat exchange process to heat my buildings (including my house) and the fish culture water.

I grow "Intensively" inside building #1 that houses 4 growing tanks. 2 of the tanks are 12 ft. diameter by 4ft tall, and they hold 3300 gallons. The other 2 tanks are 1000 gallons each. There are currently over 2000 (various sizes from 1/2 pound to 1 pound plus) Tilapia Nilotica growing inside tanks 3 and 4, inside building #1. In building #2, there is a 6000 gallon tank that is hooked up to my "Out door wetland filter" (also known as a large pond), circulating water from the 6000 gallon tank, through the outdoor wetland filter, and then back into the 6000 tank.

The water is recirculated in both buildings. Inside building #1 the water is cleaned and recycled by using a ceramic bead bio-filter system that does a solids waste removal, and a "bio-chemical cleaning" of the water, before the water gets returned to the production tanks.

This 1/2 acre property is situated directly on the Jemez river, (flows all year) in the beautiful, cool mountains of Northern New Mexico. Included with the sale of this property will be my 3/4 ton Chevy Silverado truck that is used to haul the dual axle 16 foot trailer that holds the "live haul tanks" (professional built dual 175 gallon insulated tanks) used to transport the fish LIVE to the customers in Albuquerque.

All of the Aquaculture equipment used in the production of the fish raised and sold is of course included in the sale price for this property/farm. All pumps, blowers, motors, etc used as part of the fish farm are included.
